Using linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE), Low density
polyethylene(LDPE), elastomeric material(POE) as well as a portion
of
opeing agent as raw material for producing embossed film on machine
equipped with embossed roller and necessary parts used for
making disposable CPE/TPE gloves.
Generally, glove film can be made with single and three-layer
co-extrusion cast film machine.
By comparison, Three-layer co-extrusion cast method can integrate
variety of material with different properties in the process of
co-extrusion ,
so the film made by it combines different excellent properties from
them to meet special requirements of appearance and functions.
Besides the
three-layer co-extrusion cast film production line can yeild high
output, thus it has more quanity efficiency !
